For the price we paid, we found the hotel very good. Though it might be an old property, it is very well maintained. The staff are very helpful.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for our needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. We even received a delicious surprise, with biscuits waiting for us in our room. When we had an issue with noisy neighbors, they quickly moved us to a different room. The English-speaking desk staff and the excellent breakfast buffet made our stay even better. The restaurant staff were friendly and provided great service. a great experience!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff were wonderful, very polite, courteous and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. Nice atmosphere and local musicians in the evening. Spa facilities sparce, only one man offering three massages.

the hotel was in a magnificent and perfect location close to shops and attraction, the golden temple or the shopping area, and the durgiana mandir and golden temple and brothers dhaba, we saw a temple and a main street minutes from the place. and it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from selfie korner, ate there once or twice.

The hotel was good for a night's stay in Amritsar. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the extra bed provided for our room was decent also for an adult. It is right on a main road (that towards Wagah border), but there were no noise issues. A particular highlight is the restaurant, which offers very good North Indian food.
Nothing major - the hotel has a pool on the roof top which is rather small, but we didn't really chose a hotel for a good pool.

The staff were very friendly and gave us a welcome drink when we arrived. They were always eager to help.
This was one of the most expensive hotels I stayed in, in India and it did not live up to expectations. The room was dated and need refurbishment, the bathroom could have been nicer. It was okay but I would have stayed elsewhere if I could do it again.

I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip in Amritsar for three nights for a leisure trip. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and a variety of restaurants nearby. The staff was professional and helpful, and they even allowed us to check out later than the usual 12PM time due to our late flight. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, neat, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle outside. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from. I was very impressed with the service provided, especially by staff member Neha. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Totally recommend this hotel.
